Volt is a mobile ridesharing platform. It connects drivers that have empty seats with passengers going in the same direction.

You will be the core backend developer of Volt reporting to the CTO.
You will work very closely with the business team and participate in the decision-making process regarding feature development to meet business and UX needs.
Good command of English.
At least 2 years of experience with Python, preferably the Django framework.
Proficiency in using modern web technologies such as AWS, MongoDB and Django.
Any previous work or code you can provide, specifically your GitHub profile or similar open source contribution examples will help a lot during the interview process.You will be the core developer of Volt’s iOS client reporting to the CTO.
You will work very closely with the business team and participate in the decision-making process regarding feature development to meet business and UX needs.
Good command of English.
At least 2 years of experience with iOS development.
2 or more published apps on the App Store.
Well-versed in API integration, working with RESTful APIs.
Experience with location based apps is a plus.
Any previous work or code you can provide, specifically your GitHub profile or similar open source contribution examples will help a lot during the interview process.You will lead the Android development of Volt reporting to the CTO.
You will work very closely with the business team and participate in the decision-making process regarding feature development to meet business and UX needs.
Good command of English.
At least 2 years of experience with the Android platform.
2 or more published apps on the Google Play Store.
Well-versed in API integration, working with RESTful APIs.

Product Management: You will be responsible for analyzing the business data including marketing analysis, usage analysis, and competitive analysis that define accordingly the priorities of the development team in terms of features and product improvements..
Brand Management: You will be responsible for maintaining all brand building operations including weekly and monthly initiatives deployment, social media engagement management, competitive communication tracking, and advertising spending and channel allocation.
Strategic Partnerships: One of the most important elements under brand management is the strategic partnerships role where you will be responsible for establishing strategic partnerships with key distribution channels.
Business Reporting: This pillar includes one-pager reporting on initiative recaps, key usage insights, and budget management and tracking.
Good command of English. Fluent in Turkish.
Mobile and Internet Savvy. Passion for technology and social media.
Outgoing with a good presentation & public speaking skills.
Solid analytical and business writing skills.
Top talent (bachelor/university degree) coupled with Marketing interest/passion.
Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non academic activities.
Short work experience, internships and studies abroad are considered as a plus.
